Target output

The HX-200DK-A2 converts continuous hook & loop tape and compatible roll materials into die-cut fastening components such as round dots, circles and customized shapes.

The machine integrates automatic feeding and die cutting for repetitive production, helping manufacturers replace manual cutting and separate punching operations when producing large quantities of small hook & loop components.

Different die shapes and dimensions can be developed according to the required finished product. It can be evaluated for hook tape, loop tape, back-to-back hook & loop and other compatible flexible materials.

For customized products, we recommend confirming the material construction, width, thickness, finished shape and dimensions using an actual sample or drawing before tooling production.

FAQ

Questions Industrial Buyers Usually Ask

Practical answers about materials, cutting capability, configuration and purchasing this machine.

01 What machine is used to make round Velcro dots from a roll?
A roll-fed hook & loop die cutting machine can automatically feed continuous material and punch it into round dots, circles or other predefined shapes using customized tooling.
02 Can hook and loop tape be automatically die cut into circles?
Yes. Continuous hook or loop material can be automatically fed and die cut into circular components when the machine is equipped with the corresponding punching die.
03 Can I customize the diameter of Hook & Loop dots?
Yes. The punching die can be manufactured according to the required dot diameter or finished dimensions.
04 Can the machine cut shapes other than round Velcro dots?
Yes. Other compatible shapes can be evaluated. A dimensional drawing or finished sample should be provided so the punching die and material layout can be confirmed.
05 Can it process both hook tape and loop tape?
Yes, compatible hook and loop materials can be evaluated. Material thickness, backing construction and stiffness should be confirmed before final machine configuration.
06 Can the machine die cut self-adhesive Hook & Loop material?
Adhesive-backed material can be evaluated, but the adhesive, release liner and material construction affect processing. Sending an actual roll sample for testing is recommended.
07 How are different Velcro dot sizes produced?
Different finished dimensions normally require corresponding punching tooling. If several sizes are required, provide the complete size range so the appropriate tooling solution can be evaluated.
08 What industries use die-cut Hook & Loop dots?
Common applications include packaging and displays, furniture and household products, medical and wearable products, and industrial fastening or assembly. The appropriate material and adhesive depend on the end-use environment.
09 What information should I provide for a custom Hook & Loop die cutting machine?
Please provide the material type, roll width, thickness, adhesive or non-adhesive construction, finished shape, dimensions and expected production requirement. Photos, drawings and actual samples are especially useful.
10 Can I send my Hook & Loop material for testing before ordering?
Yes. Actual-material testing is recommended for customized applications because different hook, loop, backing and adhesive constructions can behave differently during feeding and die cutting.
