The HX-CHS95ML is an automatic elastic band cutting machine developed for repetitive cut-to-length processing of elastic tape, elastic webbing and similar narrow flexible materials.

Unlike ordinary non-elastic tape, elastic materials can stretch during feeding, which may affect the finished cut length. The machine is therefore selected and configured according to the material width, thickness, elasticity and required cutting length to support more stable feeding and consistent batch production.

Operators can set the required cutting length and quantity through the control system, after which the machine automatically feeds and cuts the material. It is suitable for manufacturers producing elastic components for underwear, garments, sportswear, textile products, bags and other sewn products.
