The HX-1200 converts wide PVC film rolls into sheets of preset length through automatic feeding, length measurement and cutting. Operators can set the required cutting length and quantity according to the production job, allowing continuous roll-to-sheet processing with less manual handling.

With a working width of up to 1200mm, the machine is suitable for wide flexible roll materials used in packaging, insulation, protective materials and industrial converting applications. In addition to PVC film, compatible EVA, EPE, PET film, bubble wrap and other flexible materials can also be tested and configured according to thickness, structure and required cutting quality.
