The HX-CHS05 is an automatic hot cutting machine designed for straight and angled cutting of webbing, nylon tape, polyester straps and similar synthetic belt materials. It supports adjustable cutting angles of 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90°, allowing one machine to handle both straight and bevel-cut products.

Upper and lower heated blades can reach up to 600°C, helping melt and seal synthetic material edges during cutting to reduce fraying. Automatic feeding, length setting and continuous cutting make the machine suitable for repeated production of straps and webbing components with different lengths and end-angle requirements.

The machine can also be configured with a marking function when positioning marks are required. Cutting performance and suitable settings depend on the actual material, width, thickness and required cut angle, so sample testing is recommended before final configuration.

01 What cutting angles can the HX-CHS05 produce on webbing?

02 How does the HX-CHS05 prevent fraying after bevel cutting?
The machine uses upper and lower heated blades to cut and heat-seal suitable synthetic webbing at the same time. This is especially useful for nylon and polyester webbing where an untreated angled edge may fray after cutting.
03 Can the same machine make both straight and diagonal cuts?

04 Why are both upper and lower heated blades used for bevel cutting?

05 Will a 45° cut have the same result on different webbing thicknesses?
Not necessarily. Webbing thickness, weave density, material composition and heat response can affect the appearance of the angled edge. For this reason, the cutting temperature and operating settings should be matched to the actual webbing.
06 Can the HX-CHS05 cut wide webbing at an angle?
The machine supports webbing up to 200 mm wide. For wide or thick materials, the required angle, material construction and cutting result should be evaluated together because bevel cutting creates a longer cutting path than a 90° straight cut.
07 Can it add a positioning mark before the webbing is cut?
Yes. A marking function can be added for applications where the webbing requires a reference position for later sewing, folding or assembly.
08 What webbing should be tested before choosing this machine?
Sample testing is particularly recommended for thick webbing, tightly woven straps, coated materials and special synthetic blends. The test can confirm whether the required cutting angle, edge sealing and finished appearance can be achieved before the final machine configuration is determined.
