The HX-95M is an automatic hot and cold cutting machine designed for continuous length cutting of ribbon, webbing, nylon tape, polyester tape and other narrow strip materials.

Operators can set the required cutting length and quantity according to the finished product size. The machine automatically feeds the material and repeats the cutting cycle, making it suitable for batch production of straps, ribbon pieces, webbing components and similar cut-to-length products.

For synthetic materials that tend to fray after cutting, the hot cutting mode can cut and heat-seal the edge in one process. Cold cutting can be used when heat sealing is not required or when the material is better suited to mechanical cutting.

The final cutting method and machine configuration should be selected according to the material composition, width, thickness and required edge quality. Customers can send material specifications or samples for cutting evaluation before ordering.

The suitable material range depends on the standard HX-95M configuration and the material itself. If your material exceeds the standard range, we can also evaluate another machine configuration.
05 Can I set the cutting length and quantity for automatic batch cutting?
Yes. The required cutting length and production quantity can be set through the machine control system. Once configured, the HX-95M automatically feeds and cuts the material for repetitive batch production.
06 Is the HX-95M suitable for cutting elastic bands and hook & loop tape?
It can be used for selected elastic bands, hook & loop tape and similar narrow materials, but the correct cutting method depends on the material structure, thickness, stretch and required edge finish. 07 Can you test my ribbon or webbing before I order the machine?
